Subject Description
How many times in your life have you picked up the guitar, intending to learn and get a start, but left feeling discouraged? I know for certain that happened to me when I was first starting. In this course, I will help you, step-by-step, to break through the frustrating first weeks. In addition, I'll help you learn the songs of your choosing and put you on your way to a delightful jam. This course is very open ended.
My Experience In This Subject
I've been playing acoustic guitar for 6 years. At Vassar College, I've taken music lessons for Classical Guitar for 4 semesters and plan to continue until graduation. I have interests in and have played jazz guitar, folk guitar, classical, fingerpicking (several variations) and pop music as well.
