Cycling is a sport that comes in many different forms. There's mountain biking, downhill, cross-country, time trials, road races, criteriums, stage races and much more. This course is designed to help you navigate your discipline of interest and evolve your riding. I will cover some essential skills and how to really nail them down, as well as tips and tricks for training and nutrition if required. Cycling is widely diverse and often times oversimplified, this will take a deep dive into almost everything there is to learn about the sport.
I have been racing competitive for 10 years and have accumulated many wins in almost every discipline of the sport. Last year I finished 15th at national's in the mountain bike race and came 3rd for the points omnium for the whole of California. I have learned lots of skills and tricks that are both usefull and cool to learn, (wheelies, manuals, 180's and more!)
You should have a bike, a helmet and any other protective equipment you deem useful or necessary for your own protection.
