Good software product management is an important competitive advantage for companies that prioritize it. Thus, learning the practice of product management can lead to excellent career opportunities. I have worked as a product manager for many years in large company, small company, startup and consulting environments and bring all of that to my tutoring.
We'll start at the beginning, by discussing how human behavior needs to form the backbone of any product strategy. From there, we will discuss setting product goals, choosing what data to collect in order to measure success, analytical techniques, establishing processes that integrate product management in business and engineering workflows, tactical steps in working with disparate internal peers, and more.
